Custom Aluminum Rack System
Our aluminum rack system features easy-to-assemble aluminum uni-profiles and comes equipped with aluminum trays (profile: W6/110) with various lining options, such as plastic plates/trays, wave grid mesh, or aluminum lining. This system can integrate lamps for multi-layered cultivation of young and potted plants, maximizing the use of your cultivation area. Combining the rack system with an irrigation system allows for significant water and energy savings. Each aluminum rack system is custom-made to meet the specific needs of our customers.

HortiRack
The mobile HortiRack is our latest innovation for vertical farming, designed to significantly enhance the productivity of indoor farming facilities. This new design can save up to 50 percent of the space compared to stationary racks.
Optimized specifically for horticulture, the HortiRack integrates both irrigation and lighting into its shelves. It has a standard width of 1.25 meters to accommodate 4×4 foot lighting fixtures, though a smaller width is also available, and the length is flexible. Featuring a three-tier system, the HortiRack can extend up to 15 meters in length. The trays span the entire length in one piece, optimizing space and simplifying drainage. Alternatively, gutters can be chosen instead of trays.
Built on a very sturdy, low-profile carriage, the HortiRack ensures the durability and reliability of the entire system.
